3 Reasons Why Pittsburgh is a Breathtaking Experience

Many people immediately think of Pittsburgh when they think of Pennsylvania, and for good reason. It is the second largest city in PA (right after Philadelphia) and the home of the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. There are many reasons to visit Pittsburgh, but here are our top three. 

1.) Sports

As mentioned above, Pittsburgh is largely known for its three major sports teams: the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. Even if you can't find the time or money to sit in on one of the games, it is still cool to walk past the stadiums and look at how large they really are.

2.) Lots to Do 

There's plenty to do in Pittsburgh even if you don't like sports. There are many places to shop, eat, or just hang out at. There are also several museums that are definitely worth a visit, such as the Carnegie Science Center.

3.) Sightseeing 

Even if you don't have much money, it is still plenty of fun to just walk around the city and take in the sights. There are three rivers that run through the city: the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio. The skyline reflects off of the water, creating a beautiful sight that's perfect for pictures.
